Septoplasty straightens the wall of cartilage and bone that divides the nose. It improves airflow for people whose breathing is blocked by a deviated septum.

A deviated septum can narrow one or both nasal passages. It may cause congestion, snoring, nosebleeds or trouble breathing during sleep or exercise.
Dr. Sood works entirely inside the nose, removing or repositioning the bent portion of the septum. There are no external incisions, and the outside of the nose does not change.
If you would also like to change the shape of your nose, septoplasty can be combined with rhinoplasty in one surgery.

You may be a good candidate if you have ongoing nasal blockage caused by a deviated septum.
